As the digital strategist for The Learn Academy (TLA), a leading international school in Barcelona, I led a full-funnel strategy to improve visibility, user experience, and qualified lead generation.
TLA needed a stronger digital presence to attract international families searching for high-quality A-Level and university prep education. Their existing website lacked structure, their Google Ads were underperforming, and organic search visibility was limited.
What I Did
Website and UX overhaul
- Re-structured site architecture to improve user flow, navigation, and crawlability
- Designed new landing pages focused on intent-based keywords and user clarity
- Improved mobile performance and site speed
SEO & Content Strategy
- Developed keyword strategy targeting international parents actively researching schools
- Built high-intent landing pages (e.g. A-Levels, University Preparation, Admissions) to match user search behaviour and convert traffic
- Identified keyword gaps in competitors’ strategy and created optimised content to fill them
- Wrote and optimised new pages and blog content to target both niche long-tail queries and broader relevant search terms
- Led a full technical SEO audit: fixed indexing issues, structured data, metadata, and mobile-first improvements
Google Ads Campaign Management
- Built and managed lead-focused Search campaigns
- Wrote ad copy tailored to user intent across different parent segments
- Set up proper conversion tracking for contact form submissions, calls, WhatsApp clicks, and emails.
