Your Trilingual Support is a boutique executive assistant brand offering high-level admin support in English, Spanish, and Catalan for HNWIs and CEOs. I was brought in to design a clean, professional website that would reflect the brand’s international edge and appeal to business owners seeking reliable, multilingual support.
The client needed a professional online presence to attract and convert new clients, while also ensuring they could easily manage and update the site post-launch. There was no existing copy, tone of voice, or SEO structure in place — and the brand needed to feel premium, approachable, and multilingual without being overwhelming.
What I Did
Web Design (Wix)
- Designed and built a custom Wix website that felt polished, simple, and brand-aligned
- Structured the layout to balance service details with trust-building elements (social proof, clear CTAs, and multilingual capability)
- Ensured responsive, mobile-first design and smooth on-page navigation
SEO Copywriting & Brand Voice
- Developed a professional yet warm tone of voice tailored to international entrepreneurs and executives
- Wrote all website copy with SEO fundamentals in mind, targeting keywords relevant to virtual assistants, executive support, and multilingual services
- Structured content with clear hierarchy for scannability and readability
Client Handover & Management
- Delivered the full site with a clear post-launch walkthrough to empower client independence
- Fully integrated Google Analytics and Search Console to enable performance tracking
- Provided basic training to the client on how to monitor traffic, page performance, and keyword visibility
- Created a brand messaging guide for future consistency across content and platforms
